Fees for our services are as quoted or agreed in writing. Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.
We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AML Shield's liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee that our services will meet all your requirements or be error-free.
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the relevant service agreement. Upon termination, you must cease using our services and materials.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
